Baking bread is a passion of mine and has been ever since I was a little girl. The aroma of a house while baking a loaf of bread is like no other.
I enjoy a challenge and recently mastered a Non-cerified Wheat/ Gluten Free loaf, it's really good.

I truly believe that there is not a loaf of bread that I cannot make. Every loaf does need time for research and crazy as it may sound, yes, there is much research that goes into every loaf.
